One Life Malaga can accommodate up to 10 people and is set in the countryside in the quiet village of Mondron and only 45 minutes from Malaga airport and city.
Our HYROX Training Club is 5km away in the centre of Periana - a perfect running distance to warm up with some good hill climbs!
Torre del Mar beach is only 30 mins away by car and is a good option for fast flat runs.
We are located in a small neighbourhood with a village shop and Casa Lola restaurant close by.
We are also close to Aceite Mondron where you can see the award winning olive oil factory and taste the olive oil.
This is a great location to access the mountains and relax.
We have modern rooms, garden, lap pool and jacuzzi.
Here you can disconnect and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The property is a renovated barn which comprises 2 apartments for up to 4 people (2 double rooms) and a studio with a king size bed. Our apartments are of a high standard with comfortable beds, kitchen, TV, WiFi, linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers.
The studio has a fridge and tea/coffee machine as do all our rooms.
The space occupies the entire barn and has a private garden and terraces.
We live in a house on the same plot with our two friendly dogs and three cats in order to provide all the service and comfort you require in a safe and peaceful environment.
The pool, jacuzzi and barbecue are enclosed in this beautiful walled garden filled with palm trees and other exotic plants.
There are games to play and hammocks to relax on in the front garden.
The swimming pool is located in the back garden alongside the entertainment area. Everything is beautifully lit at night to create a cozy feeling.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are placed around the property. Our roof terrace is the perfect place to unwind and listen to your latest podcast or read a good book.
Ping pong, basketball, boxing equipment and the gymnasium are also found at the back of the property next to the pool and massage facilities.

Massages and bike hire are available at an additional cost.
If you are travelling as a group, you may want to choose the start and end date to suit what is best for you and to coordinate with your flights or road trip.
We can create group plans for families and friends which include everyone or create individual fitness plans.
We can also make schedules for younger members of the family.
The price include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In the evening we often have a BBQ together to discuss the latest adventure and plan for the next day.
We have good contact with other local businesses offering horse riding, food experiences and e-bike excursions.
We can cater for vegetarians and vegans and will check any allergies with you.
Transport to and from the airport and activities can be provided but it is recommended to rent a car.

Biking and Hiking
With breathtaking views and tough terrain it makes an ideal place for mountain biking and trekking.
As adventurous people we have good local knowledge of the area and can take you on the best trails and walks.
Our routes are designed to push you but also include our favorite cafes where you can enjoy a coffee and tapas.
We design each ride to suit different levels of ability, ages and fitness.
The distance and route can be set on the day depending on if you prefer a hard ride or a more relaxed pace and how you feel.
A lot depends on the heat, altitude and gradient of the climbs. It is best to set off at sunrise or sunset in the Summer and during the winter months from November to March the temperature is ideal.
Road biking is a great experience and one of the best ways to travel and see the beautiful views. Stages of the Tour of Andalusia are close by including the 8% climb up to Puerto del Sol at 1085m.
It is truly spectacular and breathtaking at the top of the climbs and along the winding roads. There is very little traffic, only the odd sheep or goat!
You may prefer to use your own bike or rent an electric bike which we can organize in advance. We can also show you a route which you can explore on your own and point you in the right direction.

Massage Therapy
FASCIA TREATMENT
Connective tissue massage. Focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue of the body. Treatment that dissolves the tension in the fascia (muscle membranes) and thereby increases the working capacity and flexibility of the muscles. Revolving increases the mobility of the joints and the flow of body fluids.
Some of the benefits:

- Prevents wear of muscles, joints and ligaments.

- Good as rehabilitation where scar tissue has occurred; When the body heals, different layers of fascia often heal together.

SWEDISH MASSAGE
Comparable to sports massage. An in-depth and relaxing massage for the entire body. Increases blood circulation and increases the flow of oxygen to the muscles and brain. The massage contributes to an increased sense of strength, energy flow and mobility.
CLASSIC MASSAGE
A treating massage for the upper body, where the focus is on upper back muscles, neck muscles and head.
The Massage list is available in your room so you can choose which suits you best or create a treatment plan with Joanna to focus on a specific injury or recovery.

Fitness Plans and Goals
Our goal is to plan a week of activities which will challenge and revitalize you.
We offer mountain biking, trekking, yoga and HYROX training.
We have a jacuzzi and lap pool to relax in and on site massage physiotherapist specializing in fascia and sports massage.
Personal training can be performed in our Hyrox training club and yoga classes held on our roof terrace.
The active holiday will combine training with relaxation and even some time at the beach to jog, walk or just sunbathe.
We want you to leave feeling strong, with a new love of nature and sense of achievement.
This is a great opportunity to be with friends and family and create great memories together.
